LET’S GET
The first time always feels special. My first wedding in Berlin felt the same and I’m glad it was with a couple as adorable as CJ and Thomas.
I met them a couple of months before their wedding day around some ice-cream (very good sign!). We learnt to know each other, we talked about what they have planned, I answered their questions, explained how I work and we left each other excited for the BIG DAY coming.
CJ and Thomas wanted a small and simple wedding. They gathered some close friends (some even flew from accross the world to share that moment with them), chose the prettiest city hall of Berlin (Standesamt in Charlottenburg Wilmersdorf, if you are wondering), picked up a white dress and a blue suit, some sunflowers, made a reservation in a place they love and voilà! Well, it was more discussions and planning than that, but you get the spirit.
They chose together everything with one idea in mind: “we do us” and they ended up with a simple wedding full of joy, love and good laughs. The perfect beginning for the rest of their journey together.
